If the renter pays for the entire stay UPFRONT in full - the Landlord will absorb cost of Water, Internet/local-phone, and housekeeping servicec (except laundry & every Thursday).

Renter will be responsible for the following: Electricity. Landlord requires FOUR MONTH MINIMUM rental during high season (November-April). There will also be $200 application fee for credit and criminal record check (both are required by condo association). NO pets are allowed and NON-Smokers ONLY please.

This home was formerly occupied by owner who has lived there for 8 years. The owner has put great care in the maintenance of this home; and now seeks exceptional and responsible renters of similar caliber. Please understnad that due to the requirements of the HOA, Preference will be given to longer-term tenants who will fall in love with this neat little place.
